If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not what was described, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full. Send a photo if you can — it makes it quicker, and it means you will not have to post anything back before we act.

This sits on top of your ordinary right to return an unused item, which is covered on the returns page.
