How long you have
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return something.
What we can take back
Anything unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
What we cannot take back
- Personal care items once they have been opened, for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
- Sale items, unless they arrived damaged or faulty
- Anything made or ordered specially for you
If it arrived damaged or faulty
Tell us within 48 hours and send a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, and you will not be out of pocket for postage.
Getting your money back
Once we have the item back and have had a look at it, the refund goes to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
