Getting your order ready

We pack orders within 1–3 business days. Anything ordered at the weekend or on a holiday starts the next business day.

Collection from the shop

Collection is free. Choose it at checkout and we will text or email you when your order is ready — we will not give you a time up front, because we would rather tell you when it is genuinely waiting than have you turn up to a counter where it is not.

Delivery

We ship a flat $7.99 to addresses in the United States. One rate, whatever is in the bag, so there is nothing to work out at the till.

We do not ship outside the US at the moment.

Tracking

You will get an email when your order goes out. You can also look it up any time on our order tracking page with your order number and the email you used.

If the address was wrong

If an order comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will happily send it out again once you cover the return postage.
